1. Place your order online.
2. Verify your delivery address.
3. Get your fish on Friday.
PSL Deliveries
As long as you’re local, deliveries happen every Friday except for major holidays. When placing your order, you’ll provide the address that I’ll deliver to. I’ll also ask for your phone number so I can let you know when I’m on my way to your address.
Note: You must provide a PSL address in order to be eligible for delivery. Above is what’s considered “PSL”.
FAQs
When is the cut-off time to get them on Friday?
Do I have to be present to receive the delivery?
Yes. You'll be notified when the fish are on their way to your address. When I get there, I'll wait up to 5 minutes, before moving onto the next delivery.
When will I get my fish?
On Friday, but the cut-off time for orders is Thursday night. Any orders received after 12am on the day of delivery won't be processed until the following Friday.
What time are deliveries made?
Usually between 12pm and 4pm on Friday.
How fast do I need to get them in a tank?
The fish are packaged in bags that contain oxygen, so if I deliver to an address that is not where the final aquarium is (for instance, where you work), you’ve got several hours to get them to where they need to be before they start to get low on air. Just try to keep the water temperature regulated during that time.
Where do you deliver?
Strictly to Port St. Lucie addresses. Providing it's a PSL address, I'll bring them to the address you provide when you order. You must have a Port St. Lucie address to be eligible for local deliveries. If you live in Fort Pierce, Indiantown, Stuart, or any other area that is not Port St. Lucie, you're welcome to meet me up while I'm making local deliveries on Friday. Just plug that address in when you're ordering.
Can I pick them up from your place?
No. For safety reasons, I don't allow access to my property from the public. I have to meet you elsewhere in PSL.
